01 · Where it started
The starting point
Job seekers in this market are an easy target: fake vacancies, fees for “visa support”, employers who disappear. A new board had to earn trust from the first visit.
At the same time it had to stay simple — many visitors search from a phone and do not want to register just to read a vacancy.
No registration to start
Jobs and resumes can be viewed and posted without creating an account.
Protection from fraud
Employers are checked, complaints are handled, bad actors end up on a public list.
