01 · Where it started
The starting point
Every booking meant a conversation: which therapist is free, how long the session is, what it costs. Therapists answered between sessions, and some clients simply gave up waiting.
The owner did not want an anonymous booking machine either — clients come back to a specific therapist, and that relationship is the business.
Booking without calls
Clients should see real free time and book in a minute.
Keep it personal
The therapist confirms every booking and stays the face of the service.
